Electronic document management policy

The Royal Decree 4/2010, of January 8, which regulates the National Interoperability Scheme (ENI) in the field of Electronic Administration, establishes a series of mandatory Interoperability Technical Standards (NTI). In particular, compliance with the NTI electronic document management policy requires the approval of an electronic document management policy in each Administration.

Consequently, a complete regulatory framework for the management of electronic documents is being developed, based on the definition of a structured policy in the documentation of its different management processes. The updated list of public dissemination documents of this regulatory framework is listed below, for ease of reference and downloading.
