The personal data gathered through the Electronic Registry will be processed with the purpose of managing the Electronic Registry as well as to initiate administrative procedures under the terms established by Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which serves as the legal basis for such processing. The data you provide us through the Suggestions, Complaints and Congratulations Mailbox will be processed with the sole intention of solving and responding to your claim, on the afore mentioned legal basis.

They will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data. The Archives and Documentation Regulations will apply.
