Authentic Copy Procedures

The electronic services of the University of Murcia generate authentic electronic copies of previously archived administrative documents, following the criteria of Law 39/2015 and its subsequent regulatory developments. The competence for their generation corresponds to the General Secretary, according to the following resolution.

Resolution R-606/2013, of July 24, by the Dean of the University of Murcia, which specifies the general conditions for generating authentic electronic copies of administrative documents.
