The Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney is the system used to register and manage all the powers of attorney that a citizen grants a third person, physical or legal, to act on their behalf before the Administration.
Thus, people who do not have the possibility of initiating procedures can register powers of attorney so that other people or companies can initiate procedures at the University of Murcia on their behalf, as well as check the status and access the notifications and electronic documents generated along the process.
The University of Murcia is adhered to the electronic registry of Powers of Attorney of the General State Administration in the terms established by the
Resolution SG-2/2020
of March 1, of the General Secretary of the University of Murcia.
The enrollment and management of powers of attorney can be carried out either in person on-site or alternativetly on-line.
By going in person on-site to the Registration Assistance Office (OAMR) located in the General Registry office (Espinardo Campus).
The registration of powers forms to fill in are available to download from the "Download annexes" section of the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney of the General State Administration (
