Electronic seals employed by the University of Murcia
An "automated administrative action" refers to any act or action carried out entirely through electronic means by a Public Administration within the framework of an administrative procedure and in which a public employee has not directly intervened, as defined by the Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
The University of Murcia, in the exercise of its competence in automated administrative action, uses the following electronic seals based on recognised or qualified electronic certificates, linked to its administrative bodies.
